About Me

I’m a Senior Program Manager at Rivian in the Sales Enablement team, helping to make the world more sustainable one EV at a time. Over the past 8 years, I’ve been traversing the world of technology while optimizing processes and increasing efficiencies.

Previously at a small startup, later acquired by Amazon, I worked on artificial intelligence and natural language processing products. Then, I dove into the world of cloud computing at AWS, where I was a program manager for the professional services organization. After AWS, I joined Rivian for the first time, where I supported the global expansion of the service organization and managed our strategic partners. Most recently, I worked at Edison Energy as a Program Manager on the Transportation Electrification team before returning to Rivian to focus on sales enablement initiatives.

At Rivian, I manage programs that enable our sales organization to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive operational excellence, and ultimately sell more Rivians! My role focuses on cross-functional collaboration, process optimization, and leading strategic initiatives that support Rivian’s mission to keep the world adventurous forever.

Throughout my career, I’ve been active in company groups, such as Women@ at Amazon, the Women’s Network at Rivian, and Women@Edison. I’m passionate about helping women find a sense of community in the workplace because of the positive impact it’s had on me. Currently, I continue to advocate for professional development and mentorship opportunities within these communities.

I started Sky Ranch Ceramics in 2024 after rediscovering my love for ceramics. Sky Ranch Ceramics is named after my great grandfather's ranch in Moose, Wyoming, situated at the base of Buck Mountain in Grand Teton National Park. Growing up, I spent summers exploring this cherished place, and it continues to hold a special significance for me. Sky Ranch embodies my idea of a happy place, and I wanted to share that feeling with others through my ceramics.

Running

When I'm not working, you can find me running around the streets of Seattle. In 2023, I fulfilled a lifelong dream of running the Boston Marathon, all while raising funds for a cause near and dear to me. Being a part of the Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation (MMRF) marathon team has allowed me to intertwine my love for running with supporting a cause close to my heart. To date, I have raised over $14,000 for the foundation. In October 2024, I proudly completed the Chicago Marathon, once again representing the MMRF team and furthering my commitment to this important cause.
